How the Metabolomix+ Bundle works:

• 24 Hours Before Collection: Freeze freezer brick; maintain usual diet without overeating or extreme restrictions; limit fluid intake to six 8-ounce glasses.

• Sample Collection: Collect your urine sample, and if you've opted for add-on testing, collect a bloodspot finger stick—all from the comfort of your home.

• Sample Preparation: Limit fluids to 48 ounces for 24 hours before collection, and conduct a first morning void (FMV) urine collection after fasting overnight.

• 24 Hours After Collection: Confirm urine tubes are frozen and bloodspot card has dried for at least 24 hours before returning.

• Sample Return: Use prepaid FedEx materials to send your samples to the lab within 24 hours of collection.

• Result Analysis: Expect results within approximately two weeks of us receiving your samples at the lab.

• Follow-up Consultation: Once I’ve reviewed your results, I will contact you to arrange a convenient time for your telehealth consultation.

• You should also note that some collection packs contain materials that expire (this date is printed on the box label). Plan to collect and return your pack well before that date or within 45 days of receiving the collection pack, whichever comes first. If the pack is not returned within this timeline, we may not be able to complete your test.

• Do not collect if there is blood in your urine, including menstrual or other blood.
